Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all USA domestic orders over $200.

Shipping Options

We currently offer two shipping methods within the U.S.:

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
Perfect for everyday orders. We’ll get it out the door and on its way as quickly as possible!

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3 business days
Need it sooner? Choose express at checkout and we’ll prioritize getting your order delivered fast.

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (unless otherwise noted on the product description). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email from us which will include your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

It is the customers responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. If items are returned due to a customer address error, the customer will be recharged the shipping rate.

Once items are shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If an item is damaged, lost or delayed in transit, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to report these issues unless you purchased package protection with Recura during checkout. If your package is protected, you may file a claim and Recura will help you directly.
