Items must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition.

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

**Holiday Return Policy: All orders placed between November 24, 2025 through December 25, 2025 will be eligible to return for store credit until January 5th, 2026. Order placed outside of this window will default to our regular 21 day return policy.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for store credit within 21 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Just head to our Returns Portal and follow the steps! Whether you placed your order through our site or via Facebook/Instagram, our return process is the same.

Are returns free?

If you purchased with Protected Checkout: There is no cost to return your package! You will be able to submit a return for refund and receive a pre-paid label or QR code through our returns center. 

Didn’t purchase with Protected Checkout? You will still initiate your return through our returns center and receive a pre-paid label or QR code with our discounted shipping rates, saving you time and money. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

How can I check my store credit balance?

Check your gift card or store credit balance by using the link in your original email from us OR click on your account in the top left of our website, go to your profile and at the bottom you will find a block that shows your store credit balance. Can’t find it? Email hello@shopteddyrose.com with your order number and we’ll resend your current balance.

How do I use my store credit?

If you have store credit, it will automatically show up on the last page of your checkout process where you can check a box to apply it to your order. Please make note you must be logged into your account to see it.

Can I get a refund instead of store credit?

We currently offer store credit only for returns.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please email hello@shopteddyrose.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll either refund or replace the item based on availability.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return, please allow 7–10 business days for your store credit to be issued.

Can I combine returns for multiple orders?

To ensure you receive the correct refund, please send each order back individually. Our warehouse can only process refunds for online returns that match the specific tracking information provided by our returns system.

Can I return a gift?

To begin your gift return or exchange, visit our Returns Portal and select the "Start gift return here" link located below the "Start a return" section.

What is Package Protection?

If you added Recura Package Protection at checkout, your order is covered for lost, stolen, or damaged items. You can file a claim through the Claims Portal.

Damaged Items:

If you receive an item with damages, please email us at hello@shopteddyrose.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will refund your item back to the original payment form, or replace the item (if still available) – whichever you prefer!

Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all USA domestic orders over $150.

We currently offer two shipping methods within the U.S.:

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
Perfect for everyday orders. We’ll get it out the door and on its way as quickly as possible!

Need it sooner? Choose express at checkout and we’ll prioritize getting your order delivered fast.

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3 business days

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (unless otherwise noted on the product description). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email from us which will include your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

It is the customers responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. If items are returned due to a customer address error, the customer will be recharged the shipping rate to resend the order.
