Not in love with your items? Don't worry!

We hope you love your items! However, we understand sometimes things just don’t work out.

We offer FREE RETURNS on all US orders in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 21 days of your order being fulfilled. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 days for store credit to be processed.

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

**Extended Holiday Return Policy**

All orders placed between November 25, 2024 through December 25, 2024 will be eligible for returns until January 15th, 2025. Order placed outside of this window will default to our regular 21 day return policy.

FAQs

Please visit our Returns Portal. This is where you can enter your Order Number and follows the steps. Whether you placed your order through our site or via Facebook/Instagram, our return process is the same. All returns are issued as store credit, and we cannot offer refunds back to the original payment method for orders made through Facebook/Instagram due to platform restrictions.

Due to our inventory flow, we are currently not accepting exchanges. If you are needing a different size, you can use your store credit toward that or any other items on our website. We try our best to make sure to accommodate our customers through restocks if available. If an item is sold out or not available in your size, please utilize the “Request a Restock” button on the items page so that we are made aware of items that may need restocking.

To ensure you receive the correct refund, please send each order back individually. Our warehouse can only process refunds for online returns that match the specific tracking information provided by our returns system.

To begin your gift return or exchange, visit our Returns Portal and select the "Start gift return here" link located below the "Start a return" section.

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. The item will be marked FINAL SALE in the product title.

Damaged Items:

If you receive an item with damages, please email us at info@shopteddyrose.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will refund your item back to the original payment form, or replace the item (if still available) – whichever you prefer!

Exchanges:

Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all USA domestic orders over $150.

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (unless otherwise noted on the product description). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email from us which will include your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

It is the customers responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. If items are returned due to a customer address error, the customer will be recharged the shipping rate.

Once items are shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If an item is damaged, lost or delayed in transit, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to report these issues.
